Check In: 14:00 hours till 22:00hours. It may be possible to check in earlier by prior arrangement.
Check Out: 10:00am. If you are travelling by public transport arrangements can be made to hold your luggage until your travel time.
Breakfast is served between 7.45am until 9.00 am; it can be served earlier by prior arrangement.
To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit equivalent to your first night stay will be debited from your credit/debit card.
When you pay the remainder of your bill on arrival you can pay by cash or card.
No Hen/Stag nights or large single sex groups or parties.
Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent.
Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for children under 3yrs
Children up to 14yrs go under family tariff
Children over 14 yrs are classed as adults
No pets except assistant guide dogs.
Cancellations:
In an event of a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the booking fee could be charged. In the event of a no show a 100% of booking fee could be charged. If more than 2 days notice given no further charges will be incurred
Please note that if you have to cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.
Flora Glen Guest House reserves the right to only take bookings for a minimum of two days or more during busy periods, large events and bank holidays.
Flora Glen Guest House reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time under any circumstances for any reason. The proprietors reserve the right to alter prices with out prior notice.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the guesthouse. |
